Sorry for the long dry-spell for blog updates. Here’s the presentation I gave at the Space Access 2012 conference, with the notes attached (since most of the slides don’t have much text on them):

  1. Interesting that the ISS can effectively serve as a tether in a minor way under your concept, reeling in payload from “lower” orbits and releasing them to “higher.”

    I wonder if there’s a glimmer of an idea there for a slow tether concept.
